MINDFUL SELF COMPASSION FOR TEENS

Is that inner critic holding you back or causing you pain? Perhaps you think if you are harsh with yourself it will get you further in life? These are common experiences and beliefs, but it does not have to be this way. The kinder and gentler you can learn to be with yourself, the better able you will be to weather life’s storms and find peace within. This course will teach how to do this through a practice called Self-Compassion.

PRESENCE: an INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

A four-class series LIVE COURSE

This 4-class series offers you an introduction to the practice of Mindfulness. You will learn how to create anchors into the present moment, how to set up a regular practice, how to use Mindfulness to work with thoughts and feelings and you will be introduced to heart practices. DAY OF MINDFULNESS EVENT

Perhaps you already have a basic grounding in mindfulness and are more interested in experiencing an entire day immersed in mindfulness. You can book a day of mindfulness for your small group which will be 6.5 hours of mindfulness practice to include focus on one mindfulness theme, teaching on the topic, guided practices and group sharing.
